Flatchecker is an online service that provides public reviews by it's users of property and neighbourhoods, including attempts to rent and rental experiences.

We understand that providing information online involves a great deal of trust on your part. What information we collect from you

Information from other sources

We utilise Facebook to provide Instant Registration on Flatchecker for members of Facebook. Facebook provides us with information that you have chosen to make available pursuant to your Facebook privacy settings. That information may include your name, profile picture, gender, friend lists and any other information you have chosen to make available.
If you wish to prevent sharing this information, you can do so by editing your Facebook privacy settings.

We automatically collect some information about your computer when you visit Flatchecker. For example, we will collect session data, including your IP address, Web browser software, and referring Website. We also may collect information about your online activity, such as content viewed and pages visited.
 
Your Facebook Information

Flatchecker gives you the option to sign up and log in via Facebook. If you sign up through Facebook, Flatchecker will collect:

• (i) Name
• (ii) Email Address
• (iii) Facebook profile ID number

Flatchecker does NOT collect, see or send your Facebook password. We use Facebook Connect, which means that the login form and associated content is all served up and managed by Facebook. We just get told by Facebook that your login was successful.

Please note that you will have the opportunity to choose not to receive these email messages in any such email we send.

How you can access your information

We endeavor to ensure that your information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, and complete. You can access and update your contact information by visiting your MyFlatchecker page on the Flatchecker site. You can close your Flatchecker account by contacting us at the email address listed below. We will send you an e-mail to confirm your request.
